A. Yes, we offer e-mail and phone service.
Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. All the products that we sell come directly from our wholesalers. We constantly make deals with new suppliers and try our best to bring you the best retail deals possible. Also, we don’t have a lot of the unnecessary overhead that the larger companies do. We pass that savings on to you.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Cashiers Checks, echecks or Money Orders and personal checks (personal checks with a mail in order), please note that if you pay by check or by echeck through Paypal, your order will not ship until the check clears. Make all payments payable to: Moody Marketing . We do not offer credit terms at this time. We do not offer COD shipments. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER OR TO ASK FOR PROPER IDENTIFICATION BEFORE PROCESSING PAYMENTS IF WE FEEL THE NEED.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Only if you live in the state of Washington.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. We charge actual shipping and handling. We do not inflate our shipping rates. What you are charged is for the cost to ship your item(s) - this includes shipping, labor, and materials. We are doing everything possible not to impose any fees for our customers. We are trying to keep our shipping rates as cost effective as possible.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We have several different means of shipping, depending on the size of the order, we choose the most cost effective method to ship. One or two items we typically ship via the ground service with UPS. You do, however, have the option to have your order shipped to you via Priority or Express mail for an additional charge. See SHIPPING for rates. *P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses and overseas addresses we do not ship to.*
Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A. We do not offer bulk discounts for our customers. Since our prices are already very reasonable and we don’t impose any fees, we cannot afford to offer bulk order discounts at this time.
Q. Is it safe to offer my credit card information online?
A. Yes, We do process your card on our secured server. In efforts to prevent credit card fraud, we do ask for your CVC, which is your security code found on the back of your card, as well as your zip code as an extra security measure. We also run a check to make sure that all information matches with what you have provided such as name, billing address and card code security. If it does not match up, your order will not be processed and you will be notified. We have firewalls protecting our servers from hackers, so your information is not stolen from our system. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IT IS NOT SAFE FROM HACKERS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF THE INFORMATION. NOTE ! If you do not see a little secure lock icon at the bottom right of your screen as well as seeing “https” in front of the website name when you go to check out, the site you are using is not secure. Do not input any of your private information on that web site. We also offer Paypal for extra convenience for the shopper that feels more secure using their payment portal. (see SECURITY)
